Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ReplySpider (replyspider.com). By using the app you agree to them. Questions go to support@replyspider.com.

Using the service

ReplySpider watches X and Reddit for posts matching the keywords, subreddits and accounts you configure, labels each match, and drafts a reply. You review and send every draft yourself; we don't post anything without your action.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for what you post, and for following X's and Reddit's rules and each subreddit's own rules when you reply. Don't use ReplySpider to spam, harass or mislead people, and don't attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Zernio and your own accounts

If you connect your own Zernio account to post replies, you're responsible for that account, its credentials and its usage, and for complying with Zernio's own terms. ReplySpider only posts through Zernio when you connect it and click send.

Paid plans and billing

ReplySpider has one paid plan, $19/mo (see the pricing on our homepage), plus optional top-ups if you need more posts found in a month. New accounts get a free trial before any charge. Billing is handled through Autumn and Stripe; we don't store your payment details.

AI output

Labels and drafts are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or off in tone. Review every draft before posting it. ReplySpider's output isn't professional, legal or financial advice.

No warranty, limitation of liability

ReplySpider is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using ReplySpider and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
